This group is for lovers of poetry. Poems on a particular theme or by a particular poet are chosen by members and read aloud. Recent themes have been childhood, animal poems, remembrance, passion. We have explored John Donne, the Georgian poets, American poetry, Kipling, Seamus Heaney. This is a friendly group and newcomers are made very welcome.
